Local GTA pickup

Order online and collect locally in the Greater Toronto Area once your order is confirmed ready. Pickup is available on most items. After you order, we confirm pickup readiness by email along with the pickup location, hours and any final personalization proofs.

We do not operate a walk-in retail storefront. Please do not arrive without an appointment — pickup location and time are confirmed by email.

Canada-wide shipping

Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout on Shopify based on your address and the products in your order.

Production time before pickup or shipping

Production time depends on the product, personalization type and any proof approvals required. See individual product pages for typical timelines. Rush requests can be accommodated case by case.

Same-day

Some items qualify for same-day production. Same-day availability depends on the product, inventory, order time, design requirements and proof requirements.
