Standard production

Turnaround depends on the product, personalization type and any design proof required. Typical ranges:

In-stock engraved items with simple text — often within 1–3 business days.
Photo-based products — depend on file quality and proof review.
Bulk or corporate orders — timelines are quoted per project.

Same-day & rush orders

Same-day is possible on qualifying in-stock items when the design is straightforward and doesn't require a proof round. Standard lead time for rush is 3–4 hours from order confirmation.

Exceptions and quicker turnarounds are possible — please contact us before ordering. Rush orders are billed at $20 per item on top of the product price.

Mock-ups & edits

A design mock-up is sent by email before we begin production.
One edit is included. Additional edits may add a design charge, unless the change corrects a mistake on our side.
Repeated design revisions on the same item will incur additional design fees.

Design fees

Most personalized orders don't require a design fee — the on-product personalization form covers standard text, initials, symbols, photos and logos. A design fee applies when custom artwork or extra design work is needed. Fees start at $25 and are quoted based on complexity, quantity and turnaround.

Design fees typically apply when:

Custom artwork or vectorization of a supplied logo is required.
Each unit in a bulk order needs a different design or layout (for example, trophies with different names or awards).
More than one round of edits is requested, or edits are recurring.
New design work is created from scratch (concepts, layout, typography treatments).
Supplied files require significant clean-up, re-drawing or colour separation to print/engrave cleanly.
Rush design work is requested outside standard hours.

For bulk orders with per-item variation (e.g., trophies), we typically quote either a base design fee of $25 plus a small per-item charge, or a flat design fee for the whole order — whichever suits the project. The exact structure is confirmed at quoting.
